This French aircraft is a derivative of the 1934 Henri Mignet HM14 design, "Flying Flea," which cannot stall or spin. Some of its features are:

5 months to build.

Engine 75 lbs.

Designed for pilot of less than 100 pounds.

Note the conventional gear of tubing 8 lbs used versus spring steel shown on plans of 19 lbs.
