This French aircraft is a derivative of the 1934 Henri Mignet HM14 design, "Flying Flea," which cannot stall or spin. Some of its features are:

3 axis controls; the front wing wiggles for pitch control (rear wing fixed) and the rudder for directional control.

Rotax 912UL, 4-cycle, air/ water cooled engine. 2-seater.

Wings can fold.

Note the wingtip extensions called "saumons."

Note the tailwheel design, thick trailing edges, tubular landing gear, and fiberglass fuselage.
