This French aircraft is a derivative of the 1934 Henri Mignet HM14 design, "Flying Flea," which cannot stall or spin. Originally offered as a kit intended to be amateur built in about 300 hours. Designed by Dominique M. Lascaud. Some of its features are:
Combination Butterfly wings. Forward wing weight 44#, rear wing weight 27#. Forward wing span 17.39 ft., rear span 14.3 ft. Wings can fold. The airfoil of the forward wing is a NACA 23012 with a range of incidence of 13 degrees. The wing ribs are made of PVC.

Take off run 98-164 ft. Take off speed 25 mph. Speed range 25-75 mph. VNE 124 mph. Cruising speed 50-62 mph.
